Bare feet.

Love being in bare feet 24/7. Outdoors,digging the garden,working in mud. All the time !

Yeah I got hooked when I started running years ago. We had a trainer who insisted we run barefoot. Became a habit.

Best to run that way. They even make special flat running shoes so your feet are in contact with the ground.

I get pedicures and have great feet. I wouldn't ruin them by getting them dirty and ugly. No would suck my toes if that happened.

I've always enjoyed being barefoot.  Grew up that way and still enjoy it today.  I think i spend more time barefoot than then in shoes.
