That's an interestingly different perspective on an aspect of the world, and somewhat damming.  Have you considered that there are people who are able to look at the human form, in underwear or otherwise, from a purely aesthetic viewpoint?  In the same way that they would appreciate sculpture? Meaning, finding something visually appealing does not mean they want to fuck it.  Also, that for the visual appeal to proceed to physical interaction would require not only consent, but also an intellectual connection? It is... disappointing, that without writing a novella, such nuances and alternate perspectives might be missed or misinterpreted, maybe I've misinterpreted yours.

Why does objectification matter? Treating people and their bodies like objects can have negative consequences on mental health. Studies show that exposure to sexual objectification has been linked with depression, eating disorders, and low self-confidence.

Its a thoroughly disgusting behavior that leads to the shit planet we have today. Its also sexual harassment at a very high form. Rather then encourage it those that engage in this should be punished, ostracised and removed from society.

They have no place in 2023 and need to go back to 1953 and leave society alone. Nothing more then throwbacks and a waste of time.

I assume sexual desire is a human basic which keeps the cycle of reproduction and continuation of the human race going. That it comes to be associated with all sorts of other things including the things we wear, is hardly news, and something most of us exploit in one way or another for our own or other people's benefit, if we can. That it can also become connected with dehumanising, oppression and violence is equally commonplace, and surely to be resisted irl even if we continue to indulge our fantasies of domination and/or enslavement. I am happy to live with the contradictions.
